Netherlands Triumph Over Nepal in Six-Wicket Victory in Low-Scoring T20 World Cup Thriller
DALLAS: Max O’Dowd’s unbeaten 54 guided the Netherlands to a six-wicket win against Nepal in their T20 World Cup Group D match on Tuesday. O’Dowd’s steady innings off 48 balls led the Dutch to victory at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas, with a final score of 109-4 in 18.4 overs. Earlier, the Netherlands restricted Nepal to 106 all out, showcasing a disciplined bowling performance.
Logan van Beek spearheaded the Dutch attack with three wickets for just 18 runs. Tim Pringle also impressed, taking 3-20 off four overs. Paul van Meekeren claimed two wickets for 19 runs, while Bas de Leede finished with 2-22.

Nepal struggled after losing the toss and being put into bat on a moist, overcast day with a delayed start due to a wet outfield.
Early setbacks saw Nepal at 2-1 after 3.1 overs. Anil Sah was dismissed for 11 runs, caught by van Beek off Pringle, leaving Nepal at 3-40. A brief recovery came as skipper Rohit Paudel scored 35 off 37 balls, but he quickly ran out of middle-order support.
England and Scotland Share Points After Rain Washes Out Match
BARBADOS: The Group B match between defending champions England and Scotland at the Kensington Oval was abandoned due to rain.

Scotland, in an innings interrupted by bad weather, reached 90-0 in 10 overs, with George Munsey scoring 41 not out and Michael Jones 45 not out.
Before England could chase the revised target of 109 in 10 overs under the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, heavy rain forced the umpires to call off the game. Both teams received one point each.
